    Q: How do I sign up for auto pay?

  • A: Select Yes from the Recurring drop-down when entering your credit card or ACH information on the payments page.
  • Q: How do I update my Credit Card or ACH information on file for Recurring Payments?

  • A: You can update your payment information by submitting your card information through the website as a recurring payment. This will update the information we have on file.
  • Q: How do I switch to a different method of payment for my Recurring Payments?

  • A: If you wish to switch your payment method, please submit your information for the new method here. Once the information has been submitted you will be notified and the update will take effect immediately.
  • Q: How do I cancel auto pay?

  • A: Please open a ticket in our support portal requesting to be removed from Recurring Payments.
  • Q: When will my credit card payment be charged?

  • A: One-time payments will charge the credit card once it has been submitted. Recurring Payments are charged the day before the invoice due date.
  • Q: When will my ACH payment be processed?

  • A: One-time ACH payments will be processed within one business day of your submission. Recurring ACH payments will be initiated the day before the due date. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. As is typical with ACH payments, it may take a few days for the bank to acknowledge and process the payment.
  • Q: What is my account balance?

  • A: You can open a ticket by visiting our support portal. A representative will then be able to provide you with a current account balance.
