I authorize Bandwidth Inc. (on behalf of itself and its Affiliates,
“Bandwidth”) to, on a recurring basis (if applicable), automatically
charge the debit or credit card account I specified, or to automatically
debit the checking or savings account I specified, for payments due on the
Bandwidth account number entered above. I acknowledge and agree that, if
acting on behalf of a corporation or other similar entity, I have authority
to acknowledge this Acknowledgment on behalf of such corporation or other
similar entity.
I understand that Bandwidth will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to
this authorization for the amount shown on any applicable invoice. Bandwidth
will initiate transfers or charges for each applicable transaction on the
business day prior to my bill being due (the “Payment Date”). If the Payment
Date falls on a bank holiday, the applicable transaction will typically occur
on the business day prior to such bank holiday.
Bandwidth may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Bandwidth is
unable to secure funds from my debit or credit card or any applicable bank
account for the payments authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient
or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate
information provided.
I will provide Bandwidth with accurate payment account information if such
information changes in the future. I understand that I may contact Bandwidth
online at www.bandwidth.com/support at least three business days prior to my
next due date to request recurring payments be changed or discontinued.
Except as otherwise provided in this Acknowledgment, the terms and conditions
of any applicable agreement(s) between myself (or any corporation, limited
liability company or other similar entity on behalf of which I act) will
control and remain in full force and effect.
